Microsphere silicate - new, perspective, possessing a combination of useful properties a filler - hollow thick-walled aluminosilicate microsphere with relative density 2 - 2,2 g/sm3, allocated from dry ashes of ablation (Photo). The technology of its manufacture represents clearing of initial raw materials of magnetites (to 3 %), coke and not burned down coal (to 5 %), the further classification by fractions with the set sizes of particles.

The spherical form is ideal for a filler as microsphere - the loose material, possesses the raised fluidity and provides compact packing. At high concentration of sphere are condensed, but the further consolidation doesn't occur, as it can happen with fillers of the wrong form.
